| "Good and clean place for stay, friendly and helpful staff at front desk as well as other services.
The food is OK especially the healthy juice at breakfast. However, the food during meeting package are less tasty and the choice from 3 days almost the same." |

| "Short weekend stay for convention held at hotel.Convenience to the convention prime reason for staying at this hotel.The spa was good though pricey.OK for business but not convenient to the malls though taxis were plentiful and reasonable - no rip-off ! Hotel shuttle too infrequent." |

| "The Japanese check in service personnel was excellent. As I needed to check in before 9am on the day (my seminar at Holiday Villa starts at 9am), but will only be occupying the room about 3am the next morning (due to a intensive business seminar I was attending); she kindly arranged for that. When I returned from the seminar at Holiday Villa at 3.30am, it only took 30sec to get my room key. She's arranged all that for me, plus my free parking ticket.
Lst year my family and I stayed at Sheraton Subang for about a month due to renovation work at home. I must say the stay was pleasant and the service was great throughout the entire one month." |

| "I am frequent diner in estaliblished restaurant and hotel. I personally find it Emperor Chinese Restaurant of Sheraton Subang serving a good food in town. The waiting staff which i encountered make me feel want to visit again, a place where i feel comfortable as in my home. I think the dim sum equally good too especially Steamed Crab Claw and steamed Scallop dumpling. It look fresh and palateable as well. The chef are very friendly when they come out to talk to customerand check my satisfaction as not many other chef will do that." |
