"We had a wonderful stay at Sunway we arrived at 8am check in wasn't until 4pm but they let us check in at 8am and even upgraded us. Staff were very friendly. It was great that the theme park and shopping mall was all attached to one another."

"do not book wild west themed suites, there are not comfortable, however the other themed suites are excellent and good value for money"

"I stay in this hotel for 2 days it was nice in day and night but, unforciunatly there was a modifications work in the hotel so, it was noisy at morning until 06:00 PM other than that I toke a them suit but it is a suit by the name only it is same as any room in the size or even smaller. The breakfast was very nice also; they have nice restaurants inside and out side (in front of the hotel). The park is very nice and arranged. "

"A good place to stay if you are going into the theme parks. Can be expensive though even for a 5 star hotel. Lattes with taxes will cost AUS$6.00. No free water bottles. Not exactly 5 star service."

"They upgraded my room to honeymoon suite, but I didn't like the design. (Cow boy).the pool is fantastic. I saw the villas; they are very quite and will be a good choice for honeymooners. "

"Wow a nice clean hotel , the only thing is that we as muslims need to use water after peeing and the toilet is not equiped for that. But realy the place is great, very clean. We were honeymooners and we enjoyed our stay.I recommend it."

"sunway lagoon is one of the best hotels i ever being in , really it's wonderful hotel and perfect place to play and enjoy , every thing is near , theme park and shopping center , good location , good hotel , the main problem is the hotel is crowded and some times , you need to wait more than 30 min before you served . it's a good hotel really , i can say it's deserve 5 stars , and if you try the villa for couples, it will be prefect "

"This was our first stay & it wasn't too bad. The highlights for us were close access to the theme park & shopping mall. It's a shame renovation & upgrading works kept us from perhaps getting a higher floor (were on the 5th) with a view. The rooms do look & feel dated, so the overhaul is timely. We were disappointed the tennis courts on the upper floor were closed. Kosher (Halal) food is the only other minor inconvenience where pork is not served. All in all, we would not mind staying there again, provided we get better value for money in newer, nicer rooms! "
