with efficiency & friendly staff, perfect/convenience location,...
with efficiency & friendly staff, perfect/convenience location, door step to China town, shopping mall, restaurant & 15min walking distance to Darling Harbour. Worth for money & wisely choice esp for budget travelers, if u are in group can ask for family room, will definately recommaded this hotel. Improve with the cleanliness.

The best part of this hotel was...
The best part of this hotel was its location. The front desk people were generally helpful. My room was an odd one, with one single bed, with two bunk beds, but I was assured that I would be the only occupant. The hotel where other members of my family stayed was even more convenient for location, far better rooms, and about the same price, so I would stay in that hotel rather than Aarons. However, I was quite satisfied with everything, especially for the price I paid. It could have been noisy as my room was near the elevator, but it wasn't too bad.

Nothing we requested was too much trouble for the staff... we had a very pleasant stay, thank you Aarons.

Dirty and damaged walls in the 2nd...
Dirty and damaged walls in the 2nd floor passage. The room looked as though it was in serious need of a "Spring Clean" A lift that makes you wonder if it will make it. I felt that the place needed a good clean up, lots of things can be overlooked if a place is truly clean

sometimes can be quite noisy ,you can hear people walking on the passage, the garbage collector on the street behind the hotel wish you had cable for more selection on TV programs, Jade restuarant is quite handy and reasonable price Bottle shop employees owned by the Aarons group is not really friendly that made you want to go buy alchohol , not many selection of wines. most of the time we had experienced that reception staffs are quite informative and helpful. Do you normally have security guard patrol regularly ? Overall we enjoyed our stay there at AArons hotel because it is close to many places, especially China town and public transportation access.

The only complaint I have is the...
The only complaint I have is the tea and coffee tray was dirty. Also there were no tissues. Other than that for an inner city hotel the price was good and close to what we wanted.

Room was basic but adequate, clean, tidy...
Room was basic but adequate, clean, tidy and no bed bugs. Location and price was paramount for me and this was great. I would definitely stay again. Great being so close to China town, Dixon St etc.

Good location with easy access to tourist...
Good location with easy access to tourist attractions. Friendly front desk staff. Poor housekeeping - cups and kettle were stained and dusty. Food leftover by previous occupants were not removed. The bedsheets remained messy after daily housekeeping.
