The location is good as compared to...
The location is good as compared to the more expensive ones like Duxton or Sheraton. 5-min walk to Hay Street & Murray St Malls. Only 'complaint' are the daily buffet breakfast as the choices are limited and the lobby isn't really a impressive first-impression. Overall, good value for money if you are not particular about breakfast or fanciful hotel lobby.

Excellent location for central Perth, although none...
Excellent location for central Perth, although none too scenic. - Car parking facilities are somewhat limited and haphazard. - Telephones were out of order for two out of the five days I stayed there. Presumably this is not a regular problem though.
