The guest house was everything we expected from a budget place and being an Irish pub. Great location, right across from the palace and next to the river-walk with bars and restaurants. Room was simple and clean. You get what you pay for. (the reason I answered no to whether I`ll be staying here again, that I don`t think I`ll be going on this sort of trip again, and personally I just didn't like Phnom Penh very much. But there was nothing wrong with the service, it was good.)
Excellent location just next to the museum and a stones throw from the bustling riverfront with every kind of bar and restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff who were more than happy to help with any requests. The room was small but clean and had everything I needed including good wi-fi.
This guest House is a Horror House!
I can´t recommend this Guest House, the whole condition is bad, ugly!!!
The Rooms Smells, the Bed´s are in bad shape.
I looked the reviews before, but no one of them is true!!!!
The first room they gave smells like old Water, muddy, it was horrible.... i asked for a another room, but this room has the same condition!!!
The only thing is, that the location is really in the heart of Phnom Penh.
We enjoy our stay in Rory's guesthouse. It's located near all important places in the center of Phnom Penh like markets or monuments and palace. You can go every where just by walking and also enjoy the riverside.
All the staff is very kindly and service is at top level. They cook Khmer or Irish food especially for each order and it is good and copious. We appreciate also the pub with many whiskeys. A place where you can spend a very good evening speaking with the staff or with other travellers. All the price are very cheap for the quality of food, beverage end service. Next travel in Phnom Penh we will go back to this place.
