Suite is your best choice
Suite room large and nicely decorated. Fresh fruit in room at check in, generous supply bottled water each day. Bathroom well stocked and large. bed comfy. Not excessively noisy. Staff at front slow and seem Ill prepared, although they smile and do try! Pool area nice, with loungers and fluffy towels. breakfast buffet large, although choice of food seems more to satisfy Asian visitors than western visitors! Overall nice Hotel and we would return. You need transportation to get everywhere though, as it is 10 minute ride out of town and away from temples.

The hotel is good, rooms are cleaned every day, has a laundry. Free Internet (wi-fi). Morning breakfast also free. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There is a good pool. The hotel restaurant - good, but a bit pricey (pub street has cheaper meals). From the old market area is about 5 kilometers, 10 minutes by tuk-tuk for $ 2-3 or 15-20 minutes by bicycle (bikes not permitted for rent in Siem Reap). Nearby is Anghor wat and Cambodian Cultural Village - a theme park. The airport in five minutes. I think it is best to live here - because no city noise, and the old market is easily accessible by tuk-tuk or bicycle (you can rent it and leave at the parking near the hotel at night). Also toured several hotels - the next time likely stopped Ree Hotel.

4 stars hotel?
We stay there 2 nights / 2 day. First night we had problem with hot water (one room) and second day too (second room). Hot water was very cool. Jakuzi and sauna is not function. Breakfast is good but without Ham and Cheese. It is 4 stars hotel? You can there give at toust (bread) max. butter and Jam.

We arrived at Siem Reap airport early...
We arrived at Siem Reap airport early in the morning (8am) in April 2010 where we were collected by the hotel's complimentary transfer and we were checked in and shown to our room on arrival which was a huge bonus. Room was airconditioned which was needed considering we were in Siem Reap during the hot period, and never failed to satisfy. Pool was a welcome relief, however in our opinion not cold enough.(April 2010 41

This hotel was superb, great service, very...
This hotel was superb, great service, very impressive hotel - just fully refurbished. Great pool, loved the elephants, packaged breakfast to take to the ruins so you can see sunrise, the spa treatment, location very handy to airport, near the cultural centre, close to town. Hope I can go again.

The hotel was pleasant and comfortable. ...
The hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Location was convenient although one needs transport to get into town (as well as the temples). It was not the most modern place that we stayed in the region, but it was clean, well appointed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.Breakfast was very good; other meals were not as good.

Trouble free booking with Asiarooms,they are great...
Trouble free booking with Asiarooms,they are great booking agent. Hotel was better then expected. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely big swimming pool and very clean. Transport is no problem with tuk tuk's at main gates to hotel, which will take you into main eating and shopping district for $1US each way. Had a lovely stay here and can't wait to return.

We stayed for 5 nights at the...
We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel and could not fault the hotel, its staff or the facilities. Our room was on the highest floor with a balcony that overlooked the large pool. The room was huge with a spa, 2 toilets and a lounge even though we only booked a deluxe double. We ate in the hotel a few times and the service and quality of food was excellent. Free pushbikes for guests are great.
