The hotel is enough clean and confortable. Not a five stars of course, but realy good.The swimming pool is nice and they have good massage. The food is ok, same pattern of ther other hotels in our trip in asia. The customer service is ok... people in Cambodia is not very prepared to recieve turist: their english is poor and and they didnt know how to help me make a phone call to my country. But they are very, very friendly though.

A great stay!
My partner and I have just come back from a long trip travelling around Asia for about two months in different countries and cities, we still remember this hotel as the best hotel we ever visitied.
The service was great, everything was great! The food, the room, the value for money, anything really.
When we arrived we found out that the swimming pool was under construction so we simply used one from another hotel, which the staff brought us too. This was a big ugrade, with a very big pool. The hotel really understands how to put their customers first, at all times.
Only thing to note is that there is not internet in the rooms, unless you pay for it. However, there is free wifi in the restaurant and lobby area.

We chose Casa Angkor Hotel for it's location and decent price. We did appreciate our stay. The room was nice but a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children and I must admit the beds were not very confortable. The pool was a must after sightseeing around the temples on hot days. We would come back late afternoon, relax in the pool, then shower and head out for dinner. Once, we were stuck at the hotel because it started to pour and so decided to stay and have dinner at the Hotel. The food was very good The buffet breakfasts are also very decent with a good variety of western and asian type foods.

We chose this hotel as our base for visiting Angkor and this was quite a good choice. Nice place with friendly staff at a good price. For going downtown in Siem Reap this hotel also located very attractively

It was good value and we had an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. It is located within walking distance to downtown, a supermarket with ATM's and the markets. It had a real local charm about it. The staff were very helpful. My only comment would be there were no airconditioned public areas such as a restaurant or a bar. Pool area was nice but bit warm in March.

The booking in was swift although there was a lot of people at the reception.our room was not ready but no problem they found another room immediately.the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfasts as was the evening meals were excellent and filling .the variety was also beyond reproach
The location of the hotel is only a very short walk from a large supermarket and the main thoroughfares. Also the post office is only 5 minutes away
The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport $10.
The facilities are good and the outdoor swimming pool is kept immaculate with pool side services.
Although you give a rating of 3 star i would give it a 4 star rating.
Would i go back? I am at the end of the year

Breakfast not properly arrange, even at 630 am there is no coffee and cereal available. Every time we have to ask from the staff where the spoon are and which are the plate for fruits.
