Found very poor service from the hotel...
Found very poor service from the hotel staff. Decor in the rooms was a bit tired. The only redeeming feature is that it's close to the metro and the park across the road. Wouldn't be staying here in the future

The room was not that good and...
The room was not that good and you had to get on your hands and knees to get to the mini bar. There was no unit for coffee making, unlike the other standard rooms. When I complained they just fobbed me off. The service left a lot to be desired and I would definitely not rate this hotel as a 5 star. In fact I would only give it 4. the location was excellent and that is all you could say, but I am left wondering what the other rooms are like.

Location is perfect, right in the middle...
Location is perfect, right in the middle of Causeway Bay crowd, next to a market, where you can buy your daily needs. Very convenient for those who travel with small kids. Room size is spacious compare to the Excelsior, another hotel pretty close to Parklane. The room is clean, with a quick cleaning service everyday. Absolutely will stay in this hotel again if get a chance to visit HongKong.

My family (mother, husband, and 2 young...
My family (mother, husband, and 2 young children) thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay at this Hotel. We encountered a small disappointment when we arrived at our rooms - we were checked into smoking rooms - even though we had specified on Asiarooms that we requested non-smoking rooms. Park Lane could not move us late in the evening as there were no available rooms but was able to settle into non-smoking rooms the next day. The transporation to/from hotel to airport was about $100US. This hotel is next to the bustling streets of Causeway Bay. It is also next to Victoria Park - where we had the opportunity to watch - local elders do tai chi and run. Overall, we recommed this hotel to all kinds of travelers - especially families.

It was a very comfortable stay for...
It was a very comfortable stay for a stressful work trip for 10 days. I was given a room with a perfect view to the park, the highway and the harbour and best of all with the view to a building which reiterated that "Jesus is Lord" in large chinese character. Thank God for the arrangement. The hotel staff were professional and efficient. Location was superb which was close by to the MTR station, supermarket, shoping and eating outlets. Will stay again and recommend to all travellers; although the price is on the high side. Thank you to all at the hotel who made my stay a very pleasant one!
