Personally, I find the room size a bit small. Other than this, I do not have much complaint. Overall, the hotel's facilities and location was perfect. The pool was great fun with the nets and basketballs to play. Free internet access for club room was a bonus to hubby. While the journey to beach takes half an hour, it was a pleasure to ride the hotel's free and colour shuttle bus and enjoy the sites of bali on the way there.

Impressive first impressions, but close to the main road a short walk from the beach and quite a way from the centre of Sanur. We did not find out till late in our stay that the Hotel had a beach outpost with beds and towels nearer the middle of Sanur and its facilities. A free shuttle takes you there, so note this. Prices were quoted in Us dollars but these were then converted to rupiah at their non-competitive exchange rate, so that needs to be watched. Hotel mostly used by Dutch/German guests, so don't expect many english language books in the exchange library!
But its clean, excellent pool area, and most everything you could want at breakfast. Staff friendly and courteous. Reasonably priced, so good value

I really like this Hotel. The receptionists were very cooperative. I would recomend this hotel for budget travelers and couples. Dunkin and KFC are just across the road. MCdonald's is not far away. However the beach at that area is not so good.

This hotel presents fairly good value for money. Although not on the beach, the beach is only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Staff are very friendly and courteous and go out of their way to make your stay very pleasant.

We (my wife and I) have stayed at the Paradise Plaza Suites on several occasions, this was our first time in the Hotel itself.
We stayed in room 302 which is on the side of the Hotel that overlooks the local Mosque and during times of prayer the noise could become very loud in the room.
Overall the Hotel is in need of refurbishment, and the application of paint to some of the public rooms is also warranted.
Staff at the Hote are it's major assett- and Staff here are very friendly and courteous at all times.
Yes, we would stay there again but next time would ask for a room on the 'other side' of the hotel.

The hotel is less than 5mins walk to KFC, 10mins walk to the beach. Didn go the the hotel SPA as it is pretty expensive. Managed to get a price of 40% less SPA outside which the SPA do provide free transport thru & flow.
There are some yellow stains on the towel, called room service and managed to changed within 10mins.
Hotel do provide free transport to the beach & Harry shopping centre, but free transport ends very early at 6.30pm. You may have to take your own transport back to the hotel which is 10mins drive.
The breakfast buffet spread is nice.
