Only a small hotel, 19 rooms and...
Only a small hotel, 19 rooms and suites, but excellent facilities, super room well maintained and kept spotlessly clean with large screen TV, minibar, a/c, etc., beautiful and well maintained pool and area, towels etc available all day. Very friendly owners on site and use the facilities (pool and restaurant) and welcome everybody. Alise's restaurant provide the best food we found on the island with excellent, very reasonably priced daily menu as well as a la carte, frequent entertainment. Staff were most friendly and could not have been more helpful. Althougnh the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a friendly and quality stay in Bali

nice place, good rooms and restaurant. not ideal for small kids with the open pool right outside the door, but great for older families.

We had a lovely, chilled time in...
We had a lovely, chilled time in Tamukami, staff were friendly, the pool beautiful and the rooms spacious and clean. Great location, centrally located in Sanur. Would definitely stay there again :-)

Very pleasant hotel, with a very nice...
Very pleasant hotel, with a very nice and professional staff. The service and premices are a good value for money. I don't regret my choice. (And the Belgian owner speaks many languages, that can help !)

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights...
Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in May/June 2009. The service was excellent, Staff was very friendly and very professional. Room was excellent and super clean. Great air-conditioning. Good bathroom. A lovely small quiet hotel, great for anyone. We will be staying at this hotel for another 6 nights in July 2009.

We booked a bungalow suite and were...
We booked a bungalow suite and were very happy. The room was quite large and only a few steps from the pool and restaurant. The bed consisted of two Queen Size beds pushed together - enormous. The hotel restaurant has entertainment most nights which finishes prior to 11.00pm. We thoroughly enjoyed Tamukami. The hotel is well set back from the street and was quiet. On the last day we showered after checkout in a standard room. These appear okay but our rating is only for the bungalow suite which was markedly larger and better located. This was our first trip to Bali and we will definitely return and stay at Tamukami.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody...
I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in the Sanur area. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and decorated in an authentic Balinese style. The pool area is very well designed. The beach is a five minute walk. Although there was limited options for breakfast, the food was well cooked. Overall,great value for money!

Tamukami is nicely located near the beach...
Tamukami is nicely located near the beach (5 minutes stroll), near the Sanur Art Market and Hardy's (a department store) where you can get most of your daily needs. There are many cheap & nice restaurants along the upper and lower stretch of this hotel. The rooms are of a nice size and very clean. We had the Tulip room 408 which was really nice, on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool. We had some problem with our shower the first day; called reception and they promptly sent someone up to fix the shower in no time! were greatly impressed. Breakfast was a choice of continental, american and indonesian. Not much variety, but quality of food was good (except the fruits which were not really ripe/sweet) Overall, great stay, best hotel in Bali (as compared to the one we stayed in Ubud!)

Very nice small hotel, calm and peacefull,...
Very nice small hotel, calm and peacefull, very well run by gracious hosts. Perfect for couples but perhaps not for families with small children (the pool is very deep and there is no where for kids to play) Very good value and well located near the beach (five minutes walk).

my friend & I are aged late...
my friend & I are aged late 60s but very outgoing .before we went to Bali we had been to oz for four weeks & had been on the move Bali was the ideal place to wind down but still have fun.this hotel was an oasis beautiful pool & luscious trees & flowers.the staff were always helpful & polite we would highly recommend this hotel to any one
