overall the stay was pleasant and its...
overall the stay was pleasant and its quite a value for money, judging from the fact that breakfast was provided. the rooms were decent as well, except for the bathroom sink where a strange smell will come out when i turn on the tap. overall, it still okay if one is on a budget.

The hotel room was clean and true...
The hotel room was clean and true to the pictures on Asiaroom website. Breakfast was tasty but unfortunately not buffet style, each room can place 2 orders. No problem with water system or aircon (both in great working condition). Bedding were "homey" ie. not hotel-ish, but they were clean. Great location. Definitely a good place to stay for budget travelers.

We had a water problem everytime someone...
We had a water problem everytime someone in another room would use there water it would make one hell of a noise in our room i complained first time in the morning, then arrive late at night around 12ish to find the problem not fixed, told them again the next morning and nothing was done again, so that night after a few beers and the heat i went off the deep end and got them to come up to my room around 7pm i had a new room within 5 minutes, but i had to go off first which i dont like to do

It's not a fantastic place but it...
It's not a fantastic place but it does have all the necessary. Airport pick up, bathroom & breakfast. Stayed there for only a night as I had a night flight to Bali. There was some hicupps with the airport pick up. I finally managed to clear the custom after 1 hour due to the long queue, but when i get out of the airport, there was no one waiting for me! So I called up the hotel & they said they have left as they've waited for too long. I have to wait for about another 40 mins for them to pick me up again. The bathroom smell of mold & the bed was squeaky. I was glad i check out the next morning.

This hotel has some positives. The AC was cold and worked the entire time! Hot water, great bed and good service. The pool was lovely, and I even got them to bring my breakfast to the room. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here with my daughter for...
I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights in August 2007. The staff were friendly and made us very welcome. We were collected from the airport free of charge. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants yet it is peaceful and you're not disturbed by traffic or noise.The laundry service was excellent and inexpensive.My daughter had stayed here previously and decided to visit again due to the friendly staff and its proximity to the shops. The breakfast which was included in the price was quite basic.

"Dear Ms. Chan, We appologize for our careless. I did tour for 2 days and our hotel so busy and it made us forgot to pick your parents up from the airport. Right now they stay at the other hotel. We do hope you to forgive us. Best regards, Roman" This the reply that I received after waiting & worrying about my parents of their safety. I've booked direct through their hotel reservation, communicating with them for months, and this is the service that they're giving me?! And with all the promises that they're giving (pick-ups specially), the reminder that I've made before the travel date, and they still make such a silly mistake like this? I know it's no big deal of no pick-up, you still can go to the hotel ownself, but a promise is a promise. What if the travellers really depends on the pick-ups? And for me, pick-ups is second to a clean rooms. And mind you, I'm still worry about my parents, if they're able to find a nice place, if they're ok.
