Enjoyable...
I booked Honeymoon package from AsiaRooms. The staff had my room upgrade to Cabanas room. The room was so nice with the flowers decorations on the bed and toilets. My room balcony step out by the sea. My hubby got bitten by an insects not sure what kind of insects not serious at all overall its fine. The staffs there are very friendly, helpful and funny people. They will greet you whenever you walk around the hotel. For me the food there is fine. Must try Harris Pizza its Yummy both of us love the pizza. The Hotel is good for family and friends they also have a lot activity there. You can get everything there from head to toe. They also have a shuttle bus from Hotel to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre it’s really convenient if you take a taxi to the Nagoya Hill they charge you $15. The ferry terminal to the Hotel it’s take about 5-10 minutes. The Hotel also provides 2ways transfer from Ferry terminal to Hotel. I will be going back to the Hotel again.

Reception staffs quite courtesy but without smile .the "welcome drink only half small glass and the taste like sugar water ! Other all the staffs around hotel area are quite friendly !!
Room: very clean ! beverage provide are complete.but the air-con was too much noise .The handphone Wifi can't be use in the room. Only one chair in the room , the shower water is too weak , and shower has cracked.
Food: breakfast is very good and rich food ! But there were only 6 dishes for dinner buffet, they are all local food , quite simple ! no more choice . I don't think that worth S$18, S$10 is ok .
Jacuzzi and Sunna are on the 3rd floor , no lift , they are open air , it's good view, but you will see a lot of lizards!! Especially in the evening !!! The Leisure Building quite dark .
Compare with others of world ,I think that is 3 star hotel .

It's our first and last!
I was surprise with their dancing welcome by their staff in the hotel, it makes me feel so welcome. Personally i got not complaints over their staff friendliness as they are mostly all up to their mark.
On the other hand, my accommodation at the hotel is one of my worst. There isn't any much facilities and recreation at the hotel. It's far from town which have all the shopping amenities. Most of their facilities i can say it's like a ghost town experience. Their ktv only had 1 staff when i go over at 8.30pm. We requested for 1-2 hours session but the staff say please come tomorrow as his leg ach and was tired. Every things there charges in sgd but you can pay by rupiah too. The facilities and food charges even more expensive than in Singapore. Their food is bad too. Worst than Genting first world. Their Cabana rooms actually run out of water in the morning before we check out. Those who want to bath think twice as you might end up at their bath tubs for some time before the water resume.
No offense but it's our last time going to the hotel.

My Short Getaway
Check in were long queues and when it was my turn,the front desk was not friendly.When I entered the room....there was no wow. The floor,tiling was cracked not one but few.There were no slippers that I have to call and request.The balcony view was nice.
There was not many activities around.The Reflexology guys was awesome for both of us.
Bowling noone at all so there's no fun.Went back to front desk because of problem with our access to the room,the guy wasnt friendly and although it was fast he didnt even smile to seal the contact that we had.
Breakfast was ok but could see cracks and cement on the wall.
Quick lunch we ordered sandwich but after eating halfway,my husband discovered hair in his bread and tat totally a turn off.
Transportation for pickup and transferring to waterfront was very squeezy although theres enough seat for everyone.Overall....needs lots lots of improvement.

Thumbs up to Harris once again!
This is my 2nd visit to Harris, after a year gap.
I grabbed and booked this attractive promotion online at the last hour and was pleasantly surprised with the deal I've gotten through Asiarooms.
Observed great improvements and changes to decor,layout and style within the resort vicinity.
Despite so, most importantly,their staffs never fail to greet and welcome with excellent smiles and services from their staffs, during my walks around the resort.
We were welcome with home made cookies and welcome drinks by the General Manager and staffs upon checking-in. Excellent customer service throughout our stay.
Spacious,clean and nicely decorated villa room by the seaside, enjoying breeze of sea wind.
Initially I was concern of sand flies bites if any.. but am happy to say that there's isn't and they had reassured guests through their periodical checks and flogging during our stay there .
Simple buffet dinner spread,yet definitely enough to fill your tummy. must try pizza
Will definitely return for more getaway from to Harris soon again! :)

It was a great place for my kids as they love the facilities they have in the resort. It was worth the money n my kids simply enjoyed every moments. Hubby loves the water polo game, played with everybody n anybody. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway for my whole family! :)

but after i misscalled 2x and at last i give him a call. he told me he need 1 hour!!!
the room were given at the corner of 1st floor! it is too noisy to stay!!
i going there is to find a relax, but end up with a room that can hear alot of noisy where people passing by or a MC talking using microphone!! is really annoyed me !

Another nice touch is that they serve cut fruits and cold towels while you are chilling by the swimming pool.
