Staying here was great! We had a...
Staying here was great! We had a very cheap deal so our expectations were not very high. But the room was nice and clean, the beach was wonderful and almost empty and the pool was just big enough for all visitors. It was great for relaxation. But its a bit away from sengiggi and any other place. So its one of those hotels where you have to stay in all day. But actually that was not too difficult for the few days we stayed there. (and food and drinks (especially at sunset) were great!)

We stayed here for 5 nights and...
We stayed here for 5 nights and have a great time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel was very quiet and the grounds were pristeen. We had a bungalow room with an amazing outdoor bathroom. We found eating and drinking at the hotel expensive but most restaurants in town organise free pickup and drop off services from the hotel so it was not a big deal. The onsite dive shop was also great and organised a great days diving for us. We will defintely be going back sometime soon.

The place is nice and with pleasant...
The place is nice and with pleasant surroundings. It is a bit far from the main Senggigi activity area, need to take taxi back if at night. Breakfast spread is nice and extensive. One area of concern is the reception's efficiency in issuing keys without addressing guests' request made on-line as I was given an upper floor when I had already requested for a ground floow. They changed it immediately but it would not be necessary if the reception had looked at the guest's request earlier on. Overall, a good stay.

Very nice big garden and pool. no...
Very nice big garden and pool. no safe on the room. there is nothing directly around the hotel, so you are quite dependend from the hotel regarding transport, shopping( there is no supermarket, so you have to pay the hotel prics, which are much higher than the average). To Sengiggi it takes you 5-10 min by car. Very strict system for the pool towel rental, what I find was very annoying. Many families, honeymooners. Many Europeans. Fabulous breakfast. After all a very nice stay.

good value for money. on the beach....
good value for money. on the beach. nice garden but a lot of insects in the room and the rooms need imediat renovation. the stuff was very good. a little far from sengiggi where are good restaurants and a few bars. the evenings are a little boring if staying in the hotel.

Perfect hotel with eye for the customer on a great location. The people from the hotel are very friendly and are doing everything to make your stay a very pleasent one. this is a place i will recomment to my famely and friends

The hotel is the last hotel situated...
The hotel is the last hotel situated along Senggigi beach. Beach is not the best for swimming but the pool is good. There are free shuttle from nearby restaurant to and from the hotel.

My wife and I have a wonderful...
My wife and I have a wonderful stay at Holiday Resort, (formally Holiday Inn Resort), It still maintains a very high standard in term of service staffs and resort facilities. I disagree with one feedback about the beach not suitable for swimming, in fact, for those who like to play wave, this resort is the best place to be

A shuttle service to Senggigi would be...
A shuttle service to Senggigi would be helpful. 21% service charge excessive - others charged 10% Turtle release expensive and compared to Gili Air released too soon.

the place was nice but we had...
the place was nice but we had a problem with ants,but they came and sprayed right away.other than that it is a real nice place to stay.
