Graha Residen
Really impressed with the service standards across all staff, from reservations to f&b. Everyone had a high level and quality of service and attended to the many inquiries and requests with proffessionalism. Could do with better housekeeping as the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned and there was dust accummulated in the kettle etc. Overall, everything was excellent.
