value for money, but need to make some changes to the room, sink and painting and food
during my stay, it was good. but could be better if the management take the each complaints or review seriouly to get more vistiors. As for me, i did like it and was kinda a surprise beacause i ready some of the review before i booked the room. thank god i got a room that is in good condition. but need to do some seriour cleaning and change the wallpaper, fix and polish the toilet, sink, bathtub.. well, i noticed that the hotel has all of guests, so i am sure the company has made lots of money to do some refurish the rooms.. As for the food , well, so so... nothing special.. too much of the asia food. pls ate some western food... and the service during the breakfast was too slow, wait staffs need to be on the go at all time, clear each table when the guests have done will the food. since this is a buffet breakfast, need to be fast in replenish the food and drink.. as for your coffee and tea.... ooooo, sucks.. , i notice that malaysian likes to use margine / butter in a big blow.. i find it not a good ideal. the hotel should change the butter to indiviual butter in the a packet.. so it won't be messy and oily.. cos one look at the blow of butter, i find it very oily... same goes to the jam... try to give in those indiviual packet. and u won't waste the butter or jam.. cos i am sure, once the breakfast is done those leftover butter that is in the blow and it is stained with jam is thrown away, rite. so pls change this... see how some 3 or more stars hotel have for their breakfast ....once have to improper to bring in more guest. , becasue if someone were to read each review made by your guests.. then u will lose one new guest..so i hope that the next time i will to book, i hope there will be changes. but with this review i made, i still had a good stay. thks....
