Overall, for 3 star hotel with limited facilities and services is normal and ordinary. Value for money based on their standards of service provided to their liking ......
However, my biggest shock and beyond my imagination took place during buffet breakfast, There is no butter provided at all through out the entire morning till closing time, at the Cafe. Spoke to 2 management staff on duty from kitchen and cafe, happily confirmed there will be no butter serve for today... period ! No other alternatives nor any apologies extended for the inconveniences. I even extended my personal service to purchase a couple of butter for use by
other guests patronizing this Cafe to avoid further complaints and show of frustrations.The Store supermarket is just next door, to the hotel.
Matters was raised and conveyed to the attention of the Hotel Manager and Front Office Executive in which they are even shocked and could not belief this is happening and practise by their own staff in their hotel's operations. Profound apologies extended by the Hotel Manager and will dealt separately under his jurisdiction with establishment concerned.
