3rd time here & a little disppointed
i was pleasantly surprised to see a recently renovated room. But the good impression dissipated quickly after i lifted the toilet bowl cover & saw used tissue paper in the bowl. Then we realised that our safe box was not working, followed by bedside lamp and then air con. The string of malfunctioning equipment dampened my holiday mood.
I ordered room service on the 2nd day and my club sandwich did not arrive after a 40 min. We had to call the customer svc, only to be informed that the kitchen had some problems & our order will take somemore time to arrive. All in, my clubs sandwich took about 1 hr to reach my room. What is appalling was that the staff didn't clear the empty plates we left outside our room even after 3rd day when we checked out.
Upon check out after a 3D2N stint, I stunned to see that I was charged 3 night's rate for the extra bed i requested. I had to point this out to the lady who handed the bill to me and she had to take a while to realise what was wrong.
This is my 3rd time staying here and I'm pretty disppointed by the service level accorded to the guests. All the incidents left me wondering if the hotel was shorthanded or the staff were not properly trained.
