Frankly I was quite disappointed with the services of Holiday Villa. I requested for a king size bed room in your booking but was given a two single beds. Their explanation was based on subject availability. Didn’t I booked in November to request? I was also wondering why there was no breakfast included.
My suggestion is that you should fight for better benefits for your customers.

Near to the beach
The place was very good, large room and suitable for family. A bit disappointed with the toilet, it's smelly. Maybe the hotel should do something with their sewerage system.

Lovely beach, well maintained grounds. Staff professional & friendly enough. Room comfortable and clean. I booked for 2 nights but left after one night as the hotel got too crowded that weekend. Guests swimming in pool fully clothed despite being clear signs for swimmers to be properly attired. Drunked Africans by the pool at night shouting was not what I bargined for. Would love to return to the Holiday Villa at a quieter time. So overall 7/10.

Stayed 2 nights. I would say "OK" as my overall comment. The only issue for my family is that there is no "lift". We have to walk up to the first floor where our room is located. It caused much inconvenience cause my 2 daughters are still too young to walk up the staircase on their own while we have to attend to our baggage.
Never try the resort's food as we always travel to the nearby restaurant to have our meal, so can't comment on that. I am a chinese so naturally, will go to those chinese restaurant for meal though we did try some of those malay restaurants nearby. Do try their nasi lemak and teh tarik, it's "nice".
Not recommended for those without own transport. This is not a hot spot and it's around 5 km from the Cherating beach which is the most happening spot in cherating. You can easily find accomodations and foods at the cherating beach.
