Jus one sour face spoilt the stay
Rooms were clean. Paid for executive room but it looks almost similar to deluxe. Flat screen tv was good. Clean bed sheets, very comfortable bed and pillow. Long wait for lifts. Staff at check in looked stressed and not too smiley. One was very nice. Remembered our name at check out! Impressed. But one staff was so unfriendly. We asked for late check out and she jus said, cannot. We're fully booked. I would appreciate some Le- way. She had this sour face' don't bother me anymore' look. Though I had a three year old w me and needed time to check out later she didn't seem to bother. One other staff at least showed sympathy and later explained why they can't extend. Quite upset by the rude attitude. Bell boy named Mohammad very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choice very limited.

Didn't expect much for the price I paid for. Breakfast variety is good for the value. Room provided is as what i requested. Security from carpark to room should be improved. Acess from unmanned free carpark to room lift is hidden from receptionist counter and direct to lifts to hotel rooms.

The Grand Contenental Hotel Kuantan reception cannot access to my Asiaroom booking ref numbers. To make it worse,I didn't print my booking pages.
So i was allowed to check-in ,but with no breakfast voucher.....

The Grand Continental in Kuantan is very run down.there were cockroaches in room 502 where my brother stays.Under the bed were food littered by previous occupants.
