Excellent- you'll have no problems here.
I am a SPG gold member and have been to Malaysia many many times.
The hotel room is the best I have ever been in with 2 toilets! Customer service was excellent and I was granted a late check out as the evening flight to KL is not until 730pm.
I enjoyed the breakfast and liked the way that eggs, bacon, sausage and beans are all cooked to order.
I dont know if I will ever be in Kuantan again but if I do I will stay here. Next time i'm in KL I will be staying in the Vistana.

2 Nighrs at the Vistana
The hotel is in good condition and the rooms are clean. It looks like it had recently been renovated. Unlimted use of internet without additional charges is a bonus however, the internet speed is very slow.

Well located, easy to find. Service is good as tables are cleared fast enough to cater to high turnover. Rooms are comfortable.
