Spacious room & great location.
Spacious room, good sized bed enough for 2 adult, 3 kids and big bathroom. Newspaper delivered every morning.
Good location, next to shopping complexes & eatery.
Rates a bit high though.

Great location which is near Gurney Food Centre and Georgetown. Hotel is linked to a shopping mall where you can do some shopping. When we checked into the hotel, we were given welcome ice-cream. It was a refreshing start of our stay in G Hotel. The staff gave us a room with 2 single beds and we asked for a change to a double bed. No questions were asked, and we were given a new room immediately. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Best Hotel in Penang!!!
My wife and I were impressed by the excellent service, friendly staffs and well-designed roomsof the gHotel. The staffs were very kind, helpful and humble and they did a great job in coordinating my arrangements (a bouquet of flower and a Birthday Cake to my wife on her birthday) in a very professional way.
Although we only stayed for a night but gHotel make us felt like a home away from home after just one day. The staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the comfort of the room just made the whole experience so enjoyable and pleasant. For the price, the location and the level of service, I would highly suggest to anyone to stay at this fabulous hotel. I will surely stay there again as there was almost nothing bad I could pick about the place.

Definitely worth another stay! G Hotel is a...
Definitely worth another stay! G Hotel is a great hotel in a great location, with great service and room! It is just 30 mins taxi ride away from the Penang airport. Super convenient with Gurney Plaza right beside the hotel with a sheltered pathway! Very near to great food as well! Room is excellent, nice big and comfortable island bed with free use of mini bar. We are definitely impressed with the hotel. Have recommended to many of my friends!

We Book thru Asia Room, as i...
We Book thru Asia Room, as i did a comparison between booking thru AsiaRoom n Via G hotel directly. but decided to go thru asia room, as its stated thru Asiaroom dat its breakfast included. However, when we reach Ghotel, ther's no breakfast included at all.. We did not argue on that point, cos we do not have any internet accessibilty at that point, to proof that its inclusive of breakfast via our booking over AsiaRoom. Moreover the rate charged is not the same as what printed on our AsiaRooms Online Reservations. Its more expensive when we settle our bills der. However, we did not make a fuss out of it, cos the hotel gave us a better room there, as they are short of the room that we book for.. However, we wiill still book via AsiaRoom, cos other then this 2 points, everyting is just fine... hope that AsiaRoom, will look into this matter with regards on the breakfast part, as it can be kind of frustrating if our hotel is not loated at any places near a shopping mall.. Thnak god, Beside Ghotel there is 'Gurney Plaza' for us to have our breakfast. As Gurney market open only at 6pm... Yoou
