good room; location a bit isolated
the room is good and breakfast excellent. location is quite isolated from major tourist places and there are no supermarkets or grocery stores nearby so it is not too convenient if u are planning to stay longer than 1 or 2 days. although there is a shuttle bus service, the timing is not very regular and u will probably have to resort to taking taxis quite often thus driving up the overall costs. if considering this hotel, u have to add in the inevitable taxi costs to see if it is worth it.
unless you are driving, this hotel is not really at a very convenient location so you might want to look elsewhere first

Outstanding value, only poor wifi
Eveverything was great. But the wifi was disappointing with poor connection speeds. Enough for simple text but if watching you tube, severely affected.

Great hotel, lousy neighbours
I have stayed in hotel a few times and enjoyed the stay. I stayed two nights on 1st and 2nd April. In the early hours of Saturday morning, the thumping noise from a night club next door kept me awake and I managed to get an immediate room change from the ninth to the 16th storey at 4 a.m. The thumping noise eventually stopped at 5 a.m. but the departing party-goers continued to make noise with their cars and shouting in the street below until 6 a.m. The hotel service staff are excellent but the hotel management needs to work with the authorities to ensure that the operator of the night club next door comply with entertainment laws after 1 a.m. on weekends to ensure the guests get the rest that that they are expecting.

This hotel is just what we wanted....
This hotel is just what we wanted. We had our own vehicle so it was perfectly located to large malls and not too far from KLCC. Basement carparking was free.
The standard room was 38m2 which was ideal four our family (2A and 2C). We were not charged xtra for children as we had our own bed. This was the main reason why we chose this hotel. The service was excellent. Everyone we met was eager to help, friendly and competent.
It is a little bit out of the way from public transport and the breakfast was expensive (plenty of roti cani shops within 2 minutes walk) but neither of these things were a concern.
This will definitely be our hotel of choice from now on when we stay in KL. We hoped it would be suitable for our family and it was brilliant. Excellent value for money.
