Not Happy!
We were visiting from Australia for a family wedding and decided to have a couple of nights at BE Resorts before returning to Australia. We were very disappointed. The hotel is very funky looking but the rooms were very basic. The so called restaurant did not have everything available on the menu both at lunch and dinner so we ended up eating away from the resort. The breakfast which was included in the room rate was horrible, the orange juice and pinaepple juice was cordial.

This hotel has a beach, water sports options, great rooms and friendly staff.
My only complaint is they often run out of the food choice you desire on the menu and the waiters/waitresses do not seem to know too much.

Be Resorts Hotel is very nice and customer friendly. We were let in 2 hours earlier than their normal check-in time. The place is very clean and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Buffet breakfast has a wide varity to choose from and taste good. This hotel is very highly recommended.

Modern Hotel
The environment of hotel is so nice. There have great swimming pool with seaview, nice private beach. Also the staff are so nice and the foods are so yummy. However the choice of buffet breakfast is not too much. You will see many korean to stay at this hotel.

Very happy with the resort
We just had a relaxing weekend at the resort, the beach was nice and clean better than expected after reading some reviews, staff were great and no complaints. The Koreans are a bit overwhelming but no biggy, smell of kim chee is a bit much at breakfast :)
We live in Cebu City so its a nice break for a few days and will stay here again.

The hotel is far away from the city and you need to pay around 200 to 250 peso for a taxi to the city as most of the driver would ask for 50 to 100 peso in addition to the taxi meter charge. We stayed in the hotel for six days (originally three days but was extended due to an accident in diving of my family members). We checked in late on the first day and was given a room on the lower floor with little sea view. The hotel is situated on a peninsula with sea view on both sides. We were later transferred to another room with a good sea view. The restaurant is okay but the price is not value for money and the quantity is not good for an adult. Not many other choices nearby except you takes a taxi to other locations like Mactan Shrine. The hotel is recently renovated so the tidiness is good. Breakfast is included for our family of four and the quality is good though not much choices of food. The only thing the hotel to improve is that there is no kettle to boil water in the room.

The hotel was modern looking. The first moment when i reach the hotel, i was amazed on how beautiful it was. Service staff was great. The pool was superb as it was facing the sea, even though the sea wasn't really up to it. The were many Korean tourist at the hotel. The room was big, and the room seemed comfy. Breakfast wasn't that good, and ordering food was bit pricey. Those coming there for honeymoon might love it cause it has all things honeymoon goers liked. The bad points were, that the hotel doesn't seem to have any brochures, menus or anything that has information regarding the island itself. The location was far from everything and taxi service was bad.

It was one of my worst stays in the Philippines ever! The hotel was in a way very nice and the staff was very friendly. The majority of the guests were Korean, and they were very noisy and rude towards the other guests and staff, don't now why the staff at the hotel would not tell them to keep the noise down, maybe they were afraid to loose them as customers? Well these are the kind of customers you want to loose, 1. They are not returning customers. 2. They keep the returning customers away. Also the beach area was very small and dirty. The food was not very good, and there was no other nearby restaurant or eatery to go to. You needed a taxi if you wanted to go anywhere and they would not turn on the meter. Overall really bad place to spend your vacation time.

It was nice and clean. the house keeping didnt really do their job properly, they always forget to give towel and the bad thing was when my son checkout they said one towel was missing which he said theres only one towel in his room and i think i agree w/ him because in our room also we have same problem. but i still recommend to everybody thats its a nice place and very relaxing
