They always try their best to help, even if they
can't they will find out and come back to you.That's
what I like about this hotel. Feel like home.
Bad point is the Bathroom is bad when you have a shower. Water flooded in the bathroom if not careful. Air-cond is very bad,Can't adjust ourselves. Room was so hot that we have to open the window at night.

I just came back from Taiwan and I picked this hotel. I've upgraded from a regular room to a corner suite. The room was very very nice and big. It was very clean and the breakfast was defintely the best for a new day start.
The staff were all good. The only problem is that there's no direct transportation from the Airport to this hotel other than the private limo service. It will take 10 minutes to walk from the nearest hotel with a direct airbus dropoff location to Le Suite.
This is a hotel that you should pick if you need a lot of privacy and you got tired staying in all the traditional hotels.

This is a great hotel in a good location. Plenty of eateries and nightlife in the area. Easy access to business destinations throughout the city by cab or subway. First class service, nice people, great atmosphere. I've been coming to Taipei on business for 15 years, but this is my new preferred lodging.

I enjoyed this hotel. Yes, it was no palace of luxury but it was clean, the staff was helpful (I cannot speak any Mandarin), it has an excellent location in Taipei, and when one considers the price I was quite happy!
