My self and my boy friend stayed...
My self and my boy friend stayed here for a week as part of a wedding party. Most of the wedding party stayed in the resosrt next door called Rockys which was very over priced. Our room was so lovely with a super king size bed , TV and fresh drinks every day. The bathroom was a bit dated but this was the only small thing to pick up on. The staff was so friendly and even brough us breakfast in our room if we were going out before the resort was serving.The gardens were unreal and within a 2 minute walk u were on the beach. The swimming pool was great . Over all stay here we had a great time

The staff were fantastically helpful and polite, on one of the days where we were going on an excursion, we had our breakfast made for us the night before and put in our fridge so that our early start didn't mean missing breakfast.
A beautiful swimming pool, in a very nice setting and the beach at the end of the garden steps.
Very pleased with the resort overall.

we stay in a beach front room, it has a nice sea view, just one mins to reach the beach, but it is not suitable for swimming. the room is clean, breakfast is good, the only problem is far away, 15mins by taxi to lamai beach centre, 1 hours to airport. Anyway, we have a happy time in Mongo village. I love the beachfront room no.2

We found this resort above our expectations...
We found this resort above our expectations with very friendly staff, excellent meals,landscaped garden surrounds, beautiful swimming pool and a quiet sandy beach. The bungalows around the pool all had good views with their own privacy. We were able to hire motorbikes but they did not have resort transportation to meet and greet.

We found the staff very accomadating and earger to help, on the whole a very pleasant stay, except for one thing, the Gala Dinner, when booking our room at the hotel we were not told that this dinner was complusary and that we had already been charged for it.
But a great time was had.

I stayed here for 4 nights, travelling alone, was great for kicking back, after allot of partying. the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. the amenities were clean and tidy. good pool and private little beach.

The bungalows are very nice and new....
The bungalows are very nice and new. All the bungalows are situated around the pool, which was also very nice and big. It was not loud, because there are no actions the whole day. So you can enjoy the jungle, because the garden seems like a jungle, also the sounds. The garden is very clean and very nice (you can see that on the pictures in the internet). The rooms must be cleaned better!!!
But the beach is not nice. There are to much stones in the water and the water was dirty, the beach wasn`t cleaned in the 3 weeks, when we was there. If you have children it is better to go to Lamai beach, which is only a few minutes by taxi or tuk-tuk. We paid for 2 adults and one child between 40 and 70 baht. Don`t pay more. It taks about 5 mintues.
The breakfast was ok. You can get coffee ot tea, ham and sausages, eggs, cornflakes, fresh fruits or drinks. The italian meals are very good also the thai food.
The staff at Mango Village are very friendly and helpful. We would like to say thank you for very nice holidays.

Seaview room as requested, clean & tidy....
Seaview room as requested, clean & tidy. Beach disappointing at low tide, more mud than sand. Pool nice, requested to shower before entry, but no shower by the pool !! Restaurant looked OK, only took breakfast there. Not many guests when we were there, so checked out 1 day early as so quiet. Try the local eateries, out of the resort, turn left and at the bottom of the hill. Also Rockies next door, not cheap but very nice.
