Great place to stay literally on the...
Great place to stay literally on the beach. Friendly family type place and nothing was to much bother for any of the staff. The front Bungalows are right on the beach, the only ones on this stretch that can truly boast this. The rooms are clean with Aircon and mini fridges, they have free internet for guests to use 24 hours. You can use the sun beds on the breach free and there were enough not to have to reserve them at 7 in the morning! The Honey Seafood restaurant does great fish and Thai food and you can charge it to your room and pay at the end. We would defiantly stay again had 9 days here due to the airports in the UK being shut and loved every minute. Only thing i would change are the curtains in the rooms as these are white and let all the light from dawn in, so if you are affected by light waking you take an eye cover for sleeping.

We had a really delightful cottage that...
We had a really delightful cottage that looked straight onto the beech. The beech itelf is delightful and the surrounding area is not too spoilt unlike other parts of Koh Samui. Samui Honey Cottages could be a right little gem, but it is just a shame that the Management Team don't give the place any tender loving care that it more than deserves. For example the bathrooms are woeful, the cleaning is very poor and the garden areas need urgent attention. The worse part of all is the breakfast, because the staff can't cook and were always half a sleep. I just hope Samui Cottages can make the right improvements, because if they can it certainly would be worth another visit in a few years time.

When we first arrived at Honey Samui,...
When we first arrived at Honey Samui, there had been a black out in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly and set us up with candles. Each day, the staff left us fresh fruit, and remade the bed with fresh linen. Overall the service was great, everyone says hello and they keep the hotel grounds clean and tidy. The room itself was nice and private, and only a short walk to the beach. Only one minor complaint was that the airconditioner is an older model, meaning it was on all night (no thermostat to automatically switch on/off), and it was a little noisy. Apart from that the hotel was lovely, it is not a big and busy complex so it was quite relaxing. There are many surrounding restaurants to chose from and all were quite good. We were a little disapointed with the quality of the beach and water, it was quite murky and there was some rubbish in some areas of this beach, so we ended up going elsewhere for our swimming on Koh Samui.

We had a great stay at Samui...
We had a great stay at Samui Honey Cottages. The room was great with a view on Koh Pangnan and only a few foot from the beach. The room was very neat & clean, excellent value for (low season) money. The beach of Choeng Mon is great, not very busy and great restaurants. We would recommend this place for people who don't like the very busy places but like to choose a different restaurant every evening. The distance to Chaweng is very close so ideal if you like to go shopping.

This lovely hotel is perfectly situated, a few steps from the sand. Bungalows are in a charming environment (kind of garden). Nice staff. In fact I should not write too much about it otherwise next time we will go there we will not find any available room !
