Enjoyed the stay
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were on our honeymoon and the staff was very accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Valentine holiday as well. The staff and the food from the hotel restaurant was excellent. We will stay here again.

Had a problem when we arrived..i had...
Had a problem when we arrived..i had booked 2 rooms for myself and my 2 teenage sons,they tried to put us in one room with an extra bed which was only 4ft long (both my sons are over 6ft tall). They did provide us with the other room as requested but not what you need after a long day of travelling! The rooms were right next to a very busy and noisy road which could be heard all through the night. Had light lunch at the hotel,outrageously overpriced and service very slow. The restaurant staff seemed very lethargic and solemn which is so unusual for Thailand. Sorry,but wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The service and transfer pickup from Samui...
The service and transfer pickup from Samui airport was prompt and friendly. It was refreshing to arrive with a welcome drink and refresher towel awaiting us. The hotel was close to Bang Rak pier perfect for transfers to Santhiya Resort and Spa on Koh Phangan. The surrounding bars and cafes are best reserved for budget travellers, couples for basic local foods and shops. It is situated across from a cash converter and pharmacy. Having stayed only one night the hotel grounds and facilities and cleanliness was nice.

Over all a wonderful 4 days spent...
Over all a wonderful 4 days spent in this lovely hotel. The hotel is smaller than the impression I got from the pictures. There is no sea view from the Sea view rooms. Though the hotel is on the beach front and the pool in lovely and looks out to sea. I suspect there may be a sea view from the end room. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about places to eat and see.
