Mai Samui Beach Resort & Spa, Koh Samui  

We stayed for 6 nights at the Deluxe Pool Access Room and had a great experience and enjoyed throughout our stay at Mai Samui Beach Resort & Spa. Great hospitality by all the staffs...right from our arrival at the resort. We're greeted by the Executive Manager (Mr Pornrat) and the front desk staffs. Rooms was spacious and clean. They gave us cookies and fruits everyday in the room. Housekeeping staffs was so efficient and always get our room make up on time. All the staffs are so nice and treated all their guests very professionally with total politeness. They made our stay so pleasant as all our requirements are made available to us including all transportation within the island and sightseeing tours as well. A set of good and very well English spoken staffs in this resort. Breakfast was very good. A drink at the Beach Bar (located near to the pool) is a must. Food at the Sala Fine Restaurant was also good with very reasonable price. Excellent service by Tit. Spa was good but need to book it in advance to avoid disappointment. In case if you couldn't get the Spa appointment, try out the nearby one called Peace Spa.
