Highly recommended
All persons working at the Salathai are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the nice atmosphere at the hotel very much. It's near to the beach and close to town. Free wifi is very useful when you have to do some paperwork sometimes. The bathroom could be modernized but it was always very clean, so were the rooms. Nice pool.

Recently stayed for 12 nights at this hotel and found it to be quite good, great customer service, great pool and general ambiance, nice and close to the Patong nightlife - but still quiet in the night time. Wireless internet worked well, hot water in the bathrooms is a bit variable, hard to set the right temperature and the bathroom in general needs a revamp. My air-con stopped working overnight after some heavy rain - I called reception at 7am when i woke up in a sweat and within the hour a tech employee came up and restored it.
I will definitely stay there again, good value for money in my opinion + the no joiner fee is great.

Top Quality
This is defiantly one of the most top quality hotels i have stayed at my wife and i stayed an extra 4 nights after finding this hotel very impressive that we actually cancelled another hotel to continue our stay, we were with friends at the time and they also did the same.I know that if i was ever to return to the destination this would be our first choice of hotels.The staff were wonderful to us and accommodated our needs when ever it was needed.

I am enthusiastic of my staying in Salathai hotel. I have mostly appreciated the free WiFi and the room service that was excellent and punctual. Reception personnell very polite. Cost of accessories resonable. The position of the hotel is useful to reach the beach in 4 min. walking.

This is my 2nd time staying at...
This is my 2nd time staying at Salathai, and i must say they have improved their services and expanded their facilities too. Experience is great for a small scale hotel.
My only complain is the bathroom. Shower, toilet and wash basin is in 1 place and doesn't have dry/wet area. So by showering we practically wet the whole bathroom floor. We are fine with this but then the water on the floor doesn't flow well into drainage causing bathroom to be sort of 'flooded'.
