Generally excellent
Very good location, excellent rooms - spacious and clean with comfortable fixtures and fittings. Pool area very nice, not crowded and hotel close to amenities in resort.
Only negative - we booked family room but had to pay extra for son's breakfast and would have had to pay more for a bed but he slept between us as the bed was huge.
I don't think this was the hotels issue - but the booking company's fault - it talked of sofabeds already in rooms etc and there was no option to buy an extra bed. Furthermore - why would you book for three and only expect breakfast for two of them? This hiccup aside very happy with the hotel and would use again.

definitely no value for money! the hotel is old and lots of things are broken (fans; jacuzzi; lights; ...). breakfast was excellent. as so many times: wrong booking via AisaRooms.com

Excellent Week
We arrived at the Apasia after staying in Bangkok for 5 nights ready for some r & r. We were very impressed with the hotel and even more impressed by our suite it was more like a self contained condo. We had kitchen, dining area, living space doors opened right up onto stunning view!
Bedroom beautiful with double stone shower & double stone Jacuzzi absolutly amazing. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the standard of cleanliness.
But would recommend this hotel for couples not great for people with mobility issues though as long walk up to it from the bottom unless you use a tuk tuk.

Perfect...
We spent 4 days at Aspasia. It has a perfect location. The rooms was really nice and the food in the restaurant was delicious. we were very pleased with our stay.

Aspasia, Phuket - 13 to 16 July 2010.
Overall for me & my wife it was a get away and long-waited honeymoon, nice ambience and off peak season and not a noisy resort.
However, the hotel or resort has too much to climb up and down the stairs to reach the room at the top of a 5 floor hotel facing the sea, otherwise perfect resort with lift access as for senior people like us it is not so convenient.
Bathroom shower was under-rated as the resort should provide a better 3-mode showerhead and easy to place onto the holder at the bathroom wall. Present showerhead is very cheap one. Better quality scented / fragrant soap should be provided.
When rain comes one can get wet all over walking via the stairs to & fro the coffee shop for breakfast or lunch/dinner.
Waitress need to brush up their proficiency in English in the hosipitality line.

This hotel is one of the best...
This hotel is one of the best hotel I have stayed in. I have now stayed there twice and it did not disappoint the second time round.
The rooms and views are amazing, the location is great and sufficiently off the beaten track to make it a nice quiet retreat but close enough to get to the town for food and entertainment. The staff are very friendly and speak good English.
Their efforts for Valentine's Day dinner was brilliant.
Well done and I will be back again....

I was a little nervous to book...
I was a little nervous to book this hotel after reading some of the other customer reports but after arriving at the hotel I couldnt understand why other customers were dissapointed with this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull, especially Yan. The rooms were 10 star. We stayed in one of the larger rooms which was absolutely huge with a huge round jacuzzi bath and a huge round shower. We had 2 balcony's, 2 tv's, 2 toilets and a large kitchen. We were even given complimentary food and massage vouchers (wowchers in thai). The only draw back was the hotel was on the top of a steep hill. I hired a moped for £5 a day which solved this problem.
I am a company director and stay in lots of hotels and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
