"The front desk was trying to be helpful, but couldn't solve all the problems. The air conditioner in the room didn't work well. The plumbing was bad. Alot of water is wasted on the toilet trying to flush. The first room we were given smelled very musty and was damp. They should have public areas as no smoking, as the smell of smoke was very bad."
