Very friendly staff and very helpfull. What i did not like was that it was not possible to get a look at the view outside. We had a view at the wall with two small windows. Almost no view from the window, so room was very dark, and only a small window to open to get some fresh air. Housekeeping was really good. Breakfast very poor. Beverages too expensive. Location good if you want to go to Thamel. Very good hotel for first time travelers in groups to Nepal.
