| "I booked through asiarooms online, which I love. This hotel refused to pick me up even though I specifically notified that I would pay additional for it. I ended up having to take a taxi from the airport. No explanation was given in this regard, as I hae already gotten confirmation from somone at the reservations desk. The internet in the room was useless and kept cutting out. Would never stay there again.

| "The overall experience was good. The restaurants were great although a bit pricey. The Garden Room could do with a revamp. The staff also need to be more efficient in terma of service eg clearing the table as you eat and serving you tea/coffee when asked. Just a bit more professionalism for this type of hotel. The Chinese Restaurant had excellent service, Amit, i think was great. So was the Italian Rest. Did not try the Indian one unfortunately. A good hotel with good standards overall. The doorman, etc were very friendly and polite." |

| "Air conditioning was inadequate and ineffective, we were unable to cool down the rooms. This was reported but nothing was done to rectify the problem.
Hot drinks service at breakfast was extremely poor, difficult to find someone to serve you with tea or coffee.
Selection of fruit at breakfast was poor, every single day we were there the choice was water melon or papaya although numerous fruits were readily availble for sale outside the hotel.
Rooms were of a decent standard and clean.
Hotel was overall disappointing for an international hotel chain." |

| "The hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in with all the greenery and wide expanse of lawns around. It even has its own Casino within the premises.
The rooms were very spacious and for a standard room, I do not think I could have asked for anything more. As far as location is concerned, it is about 5 km from Thamel, the main shopping area but Taxis are available and it is really not a problem getting there.
Hospitality of the staff is commendable. The check in was done in a very short time. Very efficient staff.
It is definitely very good value for money." |

| "This hotel is highly recommended!! It is a 5*++ hotel. The rate was surprisingly low. We consider coming back to Nepal just to enjoy this hotel again.
By the way, we had the oposite at the Centaur airport hotel in new delhi. We paid for a 5* hotel and found a 2* class neglected and durty hotel. Never go there!!!!" |

| "Service of Hotel staff is impeccable. Quality of food is excellent, especially the indian restaurant Bukhara. Facilities are very good. Breakfast is in abundance. The staff makes you really feel welcomed.
My compliments to all, from valet service to house keeping to the reception desk and concierge." |
