Pulitzer Hotel Amsterdam was built in 1970. Since its renovation in 2000, this is one of the best deluxe hotels in Amsterdam with one of the best locations, and best bedrooms, suitable for even the most discerning traveller. Completely renovated in 1998, the medium size lobby has a chequered floor and a beautiful handwoven carpet. There are rugs and beautiful new traditional furniture and the entire area is abundant with wood, eg beams. A very impressive lobby.
The hotel has a traditional exterior as it consists of 24 canal houses which have been joined together to create a unique property blending in with its historical surroundings.
