Good service to and from airport.

| "We were to be picked up at Auckland International Airport by shuttle bus. It was only by good luck after waiting over an hour when I heard another passenger mention the Gateway hotel that we finally found the shuttle There was no signage on the shuttle to say what hotel it belonged to. I had tried to phone from the I Site but no answer The driver was very rude as all he said was that one should ring, that 'everyone knew to do this' - as we are international visitors, it is only by chance that we find out these things - and if no one is there to answer the phone, what point is there in that? .After getting the key to the room we could not get in to the room. I went back to the reception no one there .After more attemps to get the door opened we final got into the room.Time now after 2am .The fridge made a constance noise and was hard to get to sleep even at that late hour " |

| "Somewhat run-down and in need of refurbishment. Only stayed here because had an early flight next day. Arrived at 21:45 and after checking in and putting our bags in the rrom was very disappointed to find the bar had closed at 22:00." |
