| "Staff wasn't very helpful and overall the place is in need of a serious clean, it smelt bad in the staircases, corridors, bathrooms, the sheets were stained. Location is good and the garage is useful, but certainly there are other options a little more expensive but much better." |

| "The Stay was fine. The best part was it is on the way of Air bus from Auckland Airport to city. The bus dropped us just at the gate of the hotel and picked at 5AM from in front of it. Breakfast was average but tea coffee facilities were good. People can store their personal stuff in the fridge in the kitchenete. These are things that you will not get. Interiers wise, the rooms are just ok. Bathrooms are good. Room heater was not working though we didn't need it much. Overall fine stay. For budget accomodation, this would be good choise." |

| "Convenietly located hotel very close to the harbour and ferry port in an attractive square.
Inside the walls and ceiling are akin to a multi-storey car park but their good use of colour brightens it up considerably.
This is an up market hostel suitable for those working to a tight budget but who don't want to sacrifice on comfort and privacy." |

| "In my opinion, the accomodation was very clean, comfortable and well located. The room was of a decent size with reasonable storage space, colour tv, alarm clock and spacious bathroom with towels provided.
All in all, a very good stay in a comfortable bed followed by a continental breakfast which was good and filling.
I would most certainly recommend this hotel and think that this hotel is suitable for budget travellers and couples. Not really suitable for families, possibly seniors as there are no elevators and a couple of flights of stairs. I would score 4/5." |
