| "The room was reasonably comfortable, albeit tired and very lived-in. The fuse board was not securely fitted on the wall which would of been a danger for children.
The restaurant service I received was variable. For example, I was given my soup, but then had to wait a few more minutes for bread rolls to arrive (it wasn't as if there were many other people eating). However, the standard of the evening meals was very good.
The service I received from the reception and concierge staff was excellent.

| "Although we were unable to check in early, the hotel did store our luggage so we could explore the city. The room was comfortable for my family of four, although it was a bit impersonal. It was in a great central location, within easy walking distance to the harbour. This hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and bus stops." |

| "I have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years and this is one of the best. Why? - Because each unit has a washer and dryer so you can do your laundry inexpensively and not have to waiting for a machine." |
