| "The room rate was over-priced during my stay (March26-31, 2005), one hundred US dollar per night? the Copthorne Anzac Avenue hotel was not full. The requested of a non-smoking room was not arranged, and the first assigned room, the air-conditioning was out of order, someone came up to look at the air-conditioning, and said the condition and air-con was normal, while the out side temperature was much better. The only fear not to open the door to a small balcony was someone might climb in with no invitation. After requested of room change the second assigned room was not a non- smoking room again in spite of located on same floor. The room equipped with an ashtray. We have to a buy a bag of lavender to get rid of the stale ordour in the room. " |

| "Huge bed, room was spacious and contained all that was required. Good room rate for what is provided.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
The hotel even provided me the complimentary drink when we arrived in the late hours!!!!!!!!!!" |
