| "Service at the check in and check out were very poor:
we had to carry our luggage to our room and I would say the attendent was unfriendly. We had asked for a higher floor and to our surprise they placed us on the second floor with the adminstration office and cleaning personnel right in front of us.
Piles of boxes were in the corridor making it dificult moving around.

| "We were 5 adults staying in two interconnecting, one bedroom suites and we thought the rooms were very well equipped and we had a view of the habour bridge. It is within 5 minutes walk of the Viaduct Basin and mid Queen Street - a great location. We were very impressed at the nice bowls of fruit we found in each room on arrival. Thanks." |
