"The hotel is clean and comfortable with a reasonable on site restaurant and bar. Its location is most suitable for people in transit who are only interested in a room for the night as it is on an industrial estate. They runa a free shuttle to the airport which is an added bonus."

"The room was incredibly small you could not open your suitcase anywhere other than on the bed on near the door to get out the room. The bathroom had a very large walk in shower which was nice and clean and the resturant food was excellent especially for an airport hotel and reasonably priced would recommend for a quick stop over."

"We arrived at midnight and left at 6 a.m. and did not have breakfast. However in that time we found the staff to be very pleasant, efficient and courteous. The shuttles were excellent."

"We arrived early (11.00am)the room was available for our use. We departed late (12.00 noon)no extra cost with either. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could use the airport shuttle bus to take us to the airport (5mins) where we then picked up the airport bus which took us into Auckland, when we returned to the airport we simply rang the hotel and they came and picked us up, again at no extra charge. Room service was not good the evening we used it, but it was an extremely busy evening in the restaurant and we were not charged for our meal when it did eventually arrive. The swimming pool is very small but it makes for a nice focal point on the bar patio area. We had a premier room so we are not familiar with the standard rooms but would suggest that probably it is worth paying the extra. The hotel is ideal for what it is, an airport stopover near the airport, it is not handy for going to and from the city on a daily basis. It is a very welcoming hotel with a lovely reception and restaurant area, it has a 'cosy' feel to it with some fabulous African art and sculptures throughout. Would most certainly recommend it and would use again."

"The Jet Inn is ideally located for access to the airport. Otherwise, it is remote from all amenities. Because it is a transit hotel for the airport, activity of people coming and going goes on all night, although it is not too obtrusive. Meals at the Hotel were very good and the staff were most helpful. The Hotel should only be considered as a convenient stopping point for the airport."

"Great location very close to the airport, but not close to town. Very clean, quiet and friendly. Comfortable beds and has satellite TV. I would definitely stay there again between flights."

"Your hotel was a fantastic way to end a long week of driving around the countryside. The friendliness and help from the staff was outstanding and being able to relax and not have to stress about finding a place to eat on our final night (food was excellent) and not having to worry about our means of transport to the airport was a weight lifted off our shoulders. Thank you very much and we will certainly be recommending your hotel to anyone we know stopping over in New Zealand."

"The hotel room was a little dated, also the overall appearance could do with a spring clean. The staff were friendly which made the stay more enjoyable."
