| "The hotel was easily located to the airport but too far from downtown. Unfortunaelty when we checked in and asked about transportation to downtown we were told there was no bus. We asked about tour buses for the following day and were told " No tour bus comes to that hotel. after an arguement with my travel partner we wasted the day walkingin the rain looking for food as the hotel did not serve at the time and we were given also wrong dierctions to the restaurant. Later that evening I found out from another clerk at the desk that the information we got ealier was wrong and could have had a bus to downtown and a tour. tis was a wasted afternoon and evening and made for a very bad last night in New Zealand!!!
The hotel was not that clean i the bathroom with olf fixtures etc." |

| "Very casual attitude and did not seem a professional approach to Guests especially taking their location to the airport.
Also very dissappointed with the pronunciation of the two young front line staff.
Finally the laundry staff should not be calling guests MATE! even though I am a New Zealander I was rather shocked at the casual attitude of the staff.
The name of the Hotel is Kiwi International meaning there are international Guests, your reputation is alway judged by the overall service.
