I thought this was a wonderful location and a great place to stay. We especially liked the provision of a washing machine in the rooms. However, standard prices for rooms are expensive, as with much of NZ and Australia and it is essential to make bookings through 3rd parties as, in this case, Asia Rooms. One other real bonus was the provision of free parking for guests' cars

| "We arrived at the hotel about 9:30 am after 10 hours of flight. Even though we knew it was too early to check in, we asked the reception if we could check in early.... and they let us do it since there was avaiable room at that time. So it was really helpful for us.
There were two rooms in our place - one king sized bed room and living room with dining kitchen. Very large and comfortable.
There is also swimming pool and spa(jagzzy) with big window wall so that we can see all the city lights - it was quite romantic at night time!
Breakfast was good too.
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Americas cup village where a lot of trendy restaurants are in. Very convinient for sight seeing and eating out.
