Wonderful staff, great location, nice decor. Internet was difficult to set up and relatively expensive.

| "A booking made for inclusive dates was wrongly recorded meaning our bags were packed by staff and we were required to find alternative accomodation at short notice. The rooms did not have balconies (as advertised), a single small soap was provided for four days, linen was not changed during our 5 night stay and no newspaper was provided. Not up to expected atandard." |
