Built at the turn of the century this inner city residence is located on the Tourist Tram Route and is within 5–10 minutes walk of the City Centre, Restaurants, Banks, Town Hall, Convention Centre, Casino, Art Centre, Museum and Botanical Gardens.

Guests are greeted on arrival by our pet dachshund “Miss Winnie” and shown around our charming colonial style home.Often described as “Traditional” this family operated Bed and Breakfast Hotel prides itself on the standard of accommodation that it offers.

The nicely furnished non-smoking bedrooms are all individually heated.

The shared bathroom facilities have been conveniently appointed with bathrobes provided, giving warmth and comfort in the Bed and Breakfast tradition.

Such things as “Hotties” and “Brollies” add charm to the style of accommodation offered, as does our 1928 Studebaker sedan.
