This is my favourite NZ hotel with only 54 rooms this is a small place with comfortable rooms and great staff

"We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite on the top floor.Very spacious with a separate lounge area.Fantastic views over Dunedin.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.The hotel has on site parking which is a real bonus as free parking for any length of time is hard to come by. "
