| "A quiet room, as requested, does not mean beside the flues and ducts from service areas, which are noisy at night.
Disappointing to go to open a window to allow naturaL VENTILATION AND AN UNINTERRUPTED VIEW OF THE GARDEN SETTING, ONLY TO FIND IT ENCRUSTED WITH DEAD INSECTS." |

| "The Heritage is a wonderful hotel to stay at in Hanmer Springs.
Located in the center of town, you can walk to all facilities.
Not only is it a beautful building, the staff are very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend The Heritage." |

| "Well maintained, clean, stylish accommodation, in an excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants, park, thermal pools and forest walks.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Could benefit from air conditioning and larger pillows. Great bathroom facilities.
Beautiful, manicured gardens, enhanced by the pool.
More parking spaces would be useful in peak periods.
Perhaps a lift would be helpful for older people, for those with injuries or disabilities, or those with heavy luggage.
Overall, The Heritage - Hanmer Springs, was a great place to stay, and we hope to return on our next visit to NZ." |
