Had a lovely stay. Conviniently located. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great facilities spa, internet etc amd a nice room

We had a kettle and a fridge, but that was all.

| "Hotel is situated uphill. There is a bus ($3.00 per trip) which runs every 15 minutes in the day from city centre direct to the hotel and therefore very convenient. Runs every half hour in the night. View is beautiful as we asked for room with lake view. You can see the stars even when you are in bed. Food in the restaurant food is good and reasonably priced." |

| "Good and unobstrusive service. Very willing reception staff. My stay was quiet and service to and from ski fields were very good. Excellent bed and plentiful hot water. Got left behind by the bus one morning, and their service was a bit casual but that was not the fault of the hotel staff. The hotel is out of town a bit which was good in relation to traffic noises or young people 'carousing'. I'll stay again." |
