The Heritage is a very comfortable hotel, well positioned on the lake but a little way outside of Queenstown centre. However, the complimentary shuttle bus service every half hour is very convenient and means that access to all of Queenstown's facilities is easy and fairly quick.
The hotel has a very good restaurant with a good range of quisine. There is also a multi gymn and heated pool and spar. The hotel also has a free onsite laundry facility for visitors to use.
The hotel has dedicated parking under each of its three accommodation blocks so provides a very useful base for touring around the area.
Rooms are spacious and well appointed with all the usual facilties and the room we occupied had a separate bath and shower.
All in all an excellent hotel.

| "Overall a lovely hotel, and we had a nice time here. Luckily there was a free bus service every half an hour into the main town as it was not walkable (quite a steep hill). Advertises an indoor/outdoor heated pool, but majority was outdoor and certainly not heated enough to make swimming a pleasure in July!!!
Stayed here with our 4 year old daughter who was not impressed with the "hoggers" who couldn't share the spa pool. Also young teenage son not overly impressed with facilities, roaring fires, toasting marshmallows and fine dining not his thing! Didn't feel comfortable staying here with our young family. " |

| "Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Rooms were very big and clean. Services were very good. Do not eat in the restaurant as they charge overrated prices for the amount of food you get. Location was a bit out, too far out for walking to Queenstown. Do not use laundry service as they charge per item. " |

Definitely worth the money. Bar was hectic but food very good. " |
