| "The Hotel is in an excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The rooms were clean and free drinks were provided, together with a kettle to boil water. Very thoughtful!
The room was well heated and comfortable. But we thought the beds were a little too soft. Firmer beds would definitely be better for our backs.
On the whole, the hotel was just great!" |

| "I was very happy with the room. However, the facilites like gym, sauna and spa were not available and you have advertised this on your site. The facilities were the reason why I have chosen you over some other accomodation. The facilities are great to spend a rainy day. Everything else was to my expectations." |

| "Firstly we recieved a really nice room with views of the town. The location is on the hill but literally a few minutes from town. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. There is a bar area in the main reception, and also internet access upstairs from reception - and for those of you in need of a massage - the two massage chairs are perfect.
The hotel also has a sauna ,steam room and jacuzzi - once you book your time slot only you have use of it, so nice and private. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel also has parking facilities.
The hotel also has a laundry facility which came in handy. The hotel next door which is part of scenic circle, seemed very nice, but if your on a budget then i would recommend this hotel." |

| "This is the fantastic hotel in Queenland. The unique chalet-style alpine architecture to the fantastic view overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the warmth of our cozy welcoming Fireside House Bar. The room was the epitome of stylish contemporary comfort. The hotel facility was well equipped, Color TV, in house VDO, tea & coffee facilities and iron. The hotel hospitality was nice, the hotel staffs were so helpful and pleasant. We will repeat here again next year and we will recommend our friends to stay here." |
