Absolutely!

we got a room upgrade whch was amazing and made the stay fantastic! only thing wrong was bath tap so slow that we could never fill to a decent level for a grand corner bath experience!

"Our stay was lovely and we would have no hesitation in staying again if ever in Rotarua. We particularly liked the old 'colonial' style of the refurbishments carried out to date and hope this approach continues. We were very comfortable and the staff were most helpful. "

"The hotel is beautifully restored and very conveniently located. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. My stay was only one night and I ate meals elsewhere so I don't have much to offer."
